Our AI is instructed to create original content synthesized from factual data sources — not to copy or reproduce existing copyrighted works. However, if you believe that any content on our site infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on Itinara infringes your copyright, please submit a notice containing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it on our site (URL preferred)
4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

DMCA notices should be submitted via our contact form with the subject "DMCA Takedown Request", or by email to support at itinara dot com.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Response Time

We aim to respond to valid DMCA takedown notices within 5 business days. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly.
